Facilitators Training for the POL Work - Part One
This is a six day training with the intention to prepare people to lead introductory workshops, events and meditations in the POL work.
We will teach and lead experiential work in:
• Understanding and presenting the basic principles of POL work: longing, exposure, prayer.
• Practicing presence in leadership: Working with projections, facilitating small group work, giving inspirational talks, understanding shock, trauma, disassociation and resourcing participants.
• Group dynamics: understanding the timing and flow of group process, working with difficult group situations, working with defense mechanisms and creating an introductory workshop based on POL principles.
This course will give participants the opportunity to lead POL structures in a training situation under supervision. By the end of the course each participant will be aware of the level of leadership they are ready to take on.

Rafia, has been working with people as a spiritually oriented therapist since 1977. He has spent many years in Osho’s presence and communities. He is a creator of many processes including the Inner Man Inner Woman work known as Unio Mystica, the Tantra Intensive, the Osho Therapist Training, the Path of Love and has developed a unique approach to men’s groups. He is enthusiastic and passionate about the unfolding process of spiritual evolution. |
