Inquiry
and Presence
Inquiry is the primary methodological tool used in Essence work. It is a born out of a curiosity to know the Truth and a commitment to loving the Truth. It is the process of looking into oneself with an open, compassionate and courageous attitude. It is taught here as a specific way to move from personality to Being.
As we learn to inquire and to become more aware of ourselves we start to develop Presence (the capacity to be present with or aware of whatever is manifesting in our experience in the moment).
Presence brings more depth to our inquiry and more inquiry brings more presence. It is the art of fire and water: being present and alert to what is and at the same time surrendering any expectation or control. Allowing the moment to unfold Truth manifests as revelation, understanding and knowing.

Autoinchiesta (inquiry) e’ la metodologia principale che usiamo nella
scoperta di chi siamo ed il riconnetterci con l’Essenza.
Autoinchiesta e’ un consapevole rivolgerci verso noi stessi e la nostra esperienza nel momento presente sviluppando la capacita’ di mantenere l’attenzione su cio’ che e’: nella mente, nel corpo, nelle emozione, nell’anima, nell’essenza.
Attraverso l’autoinchiesta pratichiamo presenza.
L’attenzione e presenza che dedichiamo all’esperienza del momento ne rivelano il significato e la verita’ si fa manifesta come comprensione e conoscenza: io sono, io vivo, io so.
Quando abbiamo riconosciuto le qualita’ necessarie all’autoinchiesta ed imparato a praticarla, abbiamo in mano la chiave che apre il momento presente e la ricchezza dell’essere.
